Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end processing of US rebate programs, including claim validation, accruals, and payment execution.
- Perform detailed reconciliations of rebate accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Channel Partners to resolve complex rebate issues and inquiries.
- Analyze rebate trends and financial data to provide insights and recommendations for program optimization.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and company policies related to rebate accounting.
- Support system enhancements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency in the rebate process.
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis for rebate programs.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and support for rebate processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related business field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or General Accounting, with a focus on rebates or incentive programs.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in SAP or other large ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for data analysis and reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the technology or data storage industry is a plus.
