Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and billing.
- Monitor customer accounts and execute effective collection strategies to minimize outstanding balances.
- Perform daily cash applications and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Analyze AR aging reports and identify trends to recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing disputes and address customer inquiries promptly.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes related to revenue recognition.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an AR Analyst or Accounts Receivable Specialist.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
