Nabati Group is looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable and Claims Assistant to join our growing finance team in Libis, Metro Manila. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in accordance with company billing policies.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely payments and identify overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in billing and service claims.
- Process and record payments received through various channels, ensuring correct ledger entry.
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Communicate professionally with clients to address billing inquiries and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all claims and receivable transactions.
- Assist the finance team in monthly closing processes and audit preparations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, Billing Clerk, or similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software/ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data with high accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex claims.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict monthly financial deadlines.
