Tanggung Jawab
- Perform timely and regular reconciliation of cash collections against Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) for assigned brands.
- Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
- Generate and analyze AR aging reports to identify overdue accounts and potential risks.
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Update and maintain the Accounts Receivable ledger and customer master files.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila.
