Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process, verify, and analyze daily accounts receivable transactions.
- Post customer payments to appropriate accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly accounts receivable reports for management review.
- Monitor customer account balances and identify outstanding receivables for collections.
- Communicate professionally with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and payment queries.
- Maintain comprehensive digital records of all financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Support the month-end closing process by ensuring all AR data is validated and up-to-date.
- Assist in the audit preparation process by providing organized documentation and financial data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable or general bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail and data integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental and client interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with minimal supervision.
- Sound understanding of GAAP or local accounting standards.
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and manage high-volume financial transactions.
