Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify invoices accurately to ensure timely posting to the general ledger.
- Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all outstanding balances are current.
- Follow up on pending payments and communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries.
- Reconcile bank statements and customer accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and distribute monthly accounts receivable aging reports to management.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
