Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner to ensure prompt payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and initiate follow-up actions on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies or discrepancies in payment records.
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements, credit memos, and payment reminders to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to discuss payment schedules and resolve account-related inquiries.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical files of all financial transactions and correspondence.
- Assist the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes, including data verification.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
