- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and payment applications
- Perform monthly reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor aging reports and implement collection strategies for overdue accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with policies
- Act as primary contact for client payment inquiries and issue resolution
- Generate AR reports and analyze trends for financial forecasting
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure billing accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts receivable management
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
