Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts and ensure all outstanding invoices are tracked and addressed.
  • Execute proactive collection strategies via phone, email, and portal communication.
  • Reconcile complex payment discrepancies and resolve billing disputes in a timely manner.
  • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly aging reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to address underlying billing issues.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy in the ERP system while processing payments and credits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve client inquiries regarding statement balances.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or billing operations.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Stable internet connection and a conducive remote work environment.
