Tanggung Jawab
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts and ensure all outstanding invoices are tracked and addressed.
- Execute proactive collection strategies via phone, email, and portal communication.
- Reconcile complex payment discrepancies and resolve billing disputes in a timely manner.
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly aging reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to address underlying billing issues.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in the ERP system while processing payments and credits.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve client inquiries regarding statement balances.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or billing operations.
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Stable internet connection and a conducive remote work environment.
