Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment application, and reconciliation.
- Monitor aging reports and take proactive measures to collect outstanding balances while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and short payments in a timely manner.
- Prepare periodic AR reports and analysis for management review, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Credit departments to streamline credit limit evaluations and account onboarding.
- Ensure full compliance with internal financial controls, SOX requirements, and company accounting policies.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance billing accuracy and collection efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or General Accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, suitable for a global corporate environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
