SYSTEM BUILDERS MAINTENANCE SERVICES SDN BHD is seeking a proactive and meticulous Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be the backbone of our cash flow management, ensuring timely revenue collection and maintaining accurate financial records.
You will work closely with internal teams to streamline billing processes, resolve client payment discrepancies, and provide management with clear insights through regular aging reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including generating and issuing invoices promptly.
- Perform daily reconciliation of payments received against bank statements and internal records.
- Proactively monitor aging reports and follow up with clients on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions and adjustments.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve billing queries and disputes efficiently.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including the preparation of AR-related schedules and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial data and client information.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting functions.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a professional approach to client communication.
