Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable lifecycle including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Monitor aging reports and implement proactive collection strategies to optimize cash flow
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare detailed financial reports on AR performance and debt aging trends
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing disputes and payment issues
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies
- Assist in month-end closing processes and financial audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and local financial regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Proven stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple deadlines
- Relevant professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA) preferred
