Join PERSOL as an Accounts Receivable Finance Executive / Assistant Manager in our dynamic Southeast Region team. This critical role drives financial accuracy and cash flow optimization by managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes. You'll lead month-end closing activities, ensuring timely financial reporting and reconciliation while proactively monitoring debt portfolios. Through strategic follow-up and negotiation, you'll minimize overdue payments and improve collection efficiency. The position requires SAP expertise to process transactions, generate aging reports, and support financial analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and treasury teams to resolve discrepancies and enhance credit management policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable lifecycle including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation
- Lead month-end closing processes for accurate financial reporting
- Monitor and mitigate debt risks through systematic follow-up and negotiation
- Utilize SAP for transaction processing, reporting, and data analysis
- Develop strategies to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) ratios
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare aging reports and collection performance metrics
- Improve credit management policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of accounts receivable and debt management experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP financial modules (FICO/AR)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven experience in month-end closing processes
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards (FRS)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
