- Analyze and perform detailed reconciliations for customer receipting transactions
- Manage accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies through systematic auditing
- Prepare monthly aging reports and cash flow forecasts
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve billing inquiries and disputes
- Implement process improvements to enhance collection efficiency

- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
