Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage accounts receivable team operations, including training, performance evaluation, and workflow optimization
- Develop and implement strategic collection processes to minimize DSO and reduce bad debt
- Analyze aging reports and financial data to identify collection bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes and account discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare monthly AR reports and KPI dashboards for senior management
- Mentor AR specialists to enhance financial literacy and collection efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years in accounts receivable with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and process improvement
- Proven ability to lead teams and implement collection strategies
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and conflict resolution
