Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end legal recovery process for overdue accounts.
- Draft, issue, and serve formal legal notices, demands, and court summonses.
- Represent the company effectively in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitration sessions.
- Negotiate favorable settlements and flexible payment plans with defaulting clients.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date legal documentation and case files for audit compliance.
- Monitor case status and ensure timely execution of recovery actions.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders to refine recovery strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent professional legal qualification.
- Proven experience as a Litigator, Legal Officer, or Debt Recovery Officer.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian commercial law and civil procedure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on legal drafting.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict legal deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment.
