Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Accounts Receivable specialists, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
- Develop, implement, and optimize AR collection strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and accelerate cash flow.
- Monitor and analyze Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and other key AR metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions.
- Oversee accurate and timely invoicing, cash application, credit management, and customer account reconciliations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams to resolve complex billing and payment issues.
- Prepare comprehensive AR aging reports, forecasts, and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and relevant financial regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the AR department through automation and process re-engineering.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing AR teams, improving collection rates, and reducing DSO.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and credit management practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving in a dynamic business environment.
- Experience in a multinational or shared services environment is a plus.
