International Elevator & Equipment, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee our financial operations in Muntinlupa City. In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end AR processes, lead a dedicated team, and ensure the timely collection of revenues while maintaining accurate financial records.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable team, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, specifically focusing on AR reconciliation and reporting.
- Analyze aging reports and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances and improve cash flow.
- Establish and enforce credit policies and payment terms to mitigate risk and bad debts.
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and customer account issues directly with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Operations departments to ensure accurate invoicing and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and drive results.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
