- Oversee the complete accounts receivable function, including billing, collections, receipting, and payment allocation
- Manage and motivate the accounts receivable team, setting performance goals and conducting regular reviews
- Implement effective collection strategies to minimize outstanding receivables and improve cash flow
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Generate comprehensive financial reports and analysis for senior management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices in accounts receivable operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounts receivable management
- Proven track record of managing accounts receivable teams and improving collection processes
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
