In this role, you will take ownership of the accounts receivable function, from credit evaluation and invoicing to collections and cash application. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues, enhance customer experience, and deliver accurate cash flow forecasts. Your CPA expertise will be critical in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal policies while identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full accounts receivable lifecycle including invoicing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
- Develop and enforce credit policies, customer credit limits, and collection procedures to minimize risk and enhance cash flow.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounts receivable professionals to achieve departmental goals and service excellence.
- Prepare and present regular aging reports, collection metrics, and cash flow forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements (CPA oversight).
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and strengthen customer relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement through technology upgrades, process automation, and best practice implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections management, preferably in distribution or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Proven experience leading and motivating a team with measurable performance improvements.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on data-driven results.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
