Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Accounts Receivable team to ensure efficient and accurate billing and collection processes.
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, credit limit monitoring, and customer payment application.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and minimize bad debt.
- Conduct regular reviews of aging reports and coordinate with sales and logistics departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly AR reports and cash flow forecasts for senior management.
- Maintain compliance with local tax regulations and internal accounting policies.
- Drive process improvements by leveraging ERP systems to automate manual tasks and enhance data accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing industry financial processes and credit control.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions and tight deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
