Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable operations including invoicing, payment application, and reconciliation
- Monitor aging reports and implement strategies to minimize overdue accounts and reduce bad debt
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries
- Analyze AR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare monthly AR performance reports and metrics for financial review
- Assist in month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across departments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or order-to-cycle processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in BPO/shared services environment preferred
