Join the Finance Team at Acquire Intelligence
Acquire Intelligence is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to join our growing finance department. In this key role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by managing daily receivables, performing complex reconciliations, and enforcing strict credit control policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, posting, and collecting payments from customers.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and initiate appropriate collection procedures.
- Process and verify customer invoices, ensuring all data is accurate and submitted on time.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and resolve outstanding queries.
- Maintain a clean and organized ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable or General Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP or local accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
