Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Monitor and track outstanding receivables to ensure collections are processed according to company credit terms.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies or billing disputes promptly.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly aging reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to verify service delivery and facilitate accurate billing documentation.
- Maintain and update customer records within the ERP system with high attention to detail.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including the preparation of AR schedules and reconciliations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Credit Control functions.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict month-end deadlines.
- Experience in an international shared services or multinational environment is a distinct advantage.
