Join DSI Underground as an Accounts Receivable Officer and become a vital part of our finance team supporting Australia operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes in a dynamic international environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring timely invoicing, optimizing collection cycles, and maintaining accurate financial records to support our cross-border operations.
As a key contributor to our financial health, you'll collaborate with global teams to resolve discrepancies, prepare aging reports, and implement process improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete invoicing cycle for Australia operations ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to minimize days sales outstanding (DSO)
- Reconcile accounts receivable with general ledger and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare regular AR reports including aging analysis and collection forecasts
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues
- Implement process improvements for efficient cash flow management
- Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
