Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation
- Monitor customer accounts to identify and resolve payment discrepancies and overdue balances
- Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on collection status to finance leadership
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing inquiries and disputes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards for receivables
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Implement process improvements to enhance collection efficiency and reduce DSO
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar financial role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination
- Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
