Outsourcey is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Officer with specific Australian experience to join our growing team in Taguig City. In this onsite role, you will play a crucial part in managing our client's financial health, specifically focusing on accounts receivable operations within the Australian market. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who excels in financial reporting and client communication. Your primary focus will be to manage the invoicing lifecycle, from preparing accurate invoices to following up on outstanding payments. You will also be responsible for reconciling bank statements, preparing aging reports, and assisting with month-end close procedures. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment posting, and collections.
  • Communicate with Australian clients regarding payment inquiries and account status.
  • Reconcile accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and implement recovery strategies.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in accounting software.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as an Accounts Receivable Officer.
  • Specific experience with Australian clients or Australian accounting standards (e.g., BAS/IAS).
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.
  • Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
