Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and payment reconciliation
- Analyze billing discrepancies and resolve payment issues efficiently
- Monitor aging reports and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow
- Collaborate with sales and client teams to resolve billing disputes
- Prepare monthly AR reports and financial analyses for stakeholders
- Maintain accurate customer account records in ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or billing operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
