PERSOL is currently seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join a dynamic team on an 18-month contract basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health of the organization through precise billing, efficient receipting, and proactive debt management strategies.

You will play a key role in the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle, interacting with various stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances and optimize cash flow. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes including accurate billing and timely invoice issuance.
- Perform daily reconciliation of receipts and ensure all payments are correctly posted in the SAP system.
- Execute debt management strategies and perform follow-up actions on overdue accounts to minimize write-offs.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing disputes and payment inquiries.
- Prepare weekly and monthly aging reports for management review.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity within the accounting software.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and audit-related documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit Control capacity.
- Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO modules) is highly preferred.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle delicate collection conversations professionally.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume processing environment.
- Ability to commit to an 18-month contract duration.
