Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation
- Conduct daily banking operations including deposits, transfers, and bank statement reconciliation
- Monitor aging reports and implement proactive collection strategies for overdue accounts
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment inquiries through clear communication
- Prepare monthly AR reports and assist with month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve payment issues and improve cash flow
- Maintain accurate customer account records in accounting systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of banking procedures and financial controls
- Exceptional attention to detail with analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
