Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing, statement generation, and delivery to clients.
- Monitor and track accounts, ensuring all payments are received within agreed credit terms.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure accurate allocation of incoming payments against customer accounts.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) regulations and apply them correctly to billing cycles.
- Proactively resolve billing discrepancies, client queries, and disputes to maintain positive customer relationships.
- Generate weekly and monthly AR aging reports for management review, highlighting potential credit risks.
- Collaborate with the broader finance team to optimize collection workflows and credit control strategies.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and audit documentation as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or general bookkeeping.
- Strong understanding of Australian tax and GST requirements is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, SAP, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with international clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone on a stable dayshift schedule.
- Professional integrity and the ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
