Twoconnect is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Order Processing Officer to join our dynamic finance team. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and issue accurate invoices for products and services promptly.
- Process incoming customer orders efficiently and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely collection.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding billing inquiries and order status.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of financial transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Order Processing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookup) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
