You'll manage the complete AR cycle from invoice generation and delivery to payment monitoring and reconciliation, ensuring timely collections while supporting our sales team with accurate billing and financial insights.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full accounts receivable cycle: invoice generation, delivery, tracking, and collection
- Monitor outstanding receivables and implement proactive collection strategies
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare aging reports and AR analysis for financial review
- Collaborate with sales team to address billing inquiries and payment issues
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
- Process credit applications and manage customer credit limits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts receivable management
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial data handling
