Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the accounts receivable team, setting performance metrics and providing mentorship
- Oversee end-to-end AR processes including invoicing, collections, and cash application
- Analyze aging reports and implement strategies to minimize DSO and reduce bad debt
- Coordinate with sales and customer service to resolve billing disputes and payment issues
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls
- Develop monthly AR reports and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Optimize AR workflows using ERP systems and process automation tools
- Contribute to month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (S1)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable management
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams of 3+ members
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and forecasting
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Professional certification (e.g., Akuntan Publik, CMA) is highly desirable
