Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Monitor and track outstanding accounts, ensuring collections are processed within agreed-upon terms.
  • Reconcile client accounts and resolve discrepancies or billing disputes promptly.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly aging reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to verify service delivery before billing.
  • Maintain precise electronic records and ensure data integrity in the accounting system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients regarding payment inquiries.
  • Assist in the month-end closing process by providing accurate AR data.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to start immediately (ASAP).
