Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end invoice processing, verification, and distribution to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor customer payments, apply cash receipts, and reconcile accounts daily
- Generate and analyze aging reports to identify collection opportunities
- Communicate with overseas clients via email and phone to resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports and reconcile GL accounts
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for international client interactions
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
