Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, billing, and payment collections.
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and initiate collection efforts via phone, email, or written correspondence.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger with customer payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and recommend actions.
- Coordinate with internal departments and clients to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions in the accounting system.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in healthcare or BPO industry is an advantage.
