Join our dynamic finance team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Wh'stle Top Bar, Inc, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our company's financial health. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete accounts receivable lifecycle including invoicing, collections, and payment application
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and implement collection strategies
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements to ensure transparency
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing inquiries
- Support month-end closing activities through account reconciliation
- Maintain accurate documentation of all financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable or collections experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and practices
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
