Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate professionally with U.S. clients to resolve billing inquiries, discrepancies, and payment issues.
- Generate and deliver clear financial reports, summaries, and insights to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue payments.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure financial statements are accurate.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to enforce internal financial policies and compliance standards.
- Identify trends in revenue and suggest process improvements for efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar finance role.
- Strong command of the English language (written and verbal) for client-facing interactions.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or ERP systems).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills when handling large volumes of data.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic knowledge of U.S. accounting principles is a plus.
