Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in accordance with company policies
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and account issues
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and customer accounts
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment status and collection activities
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and collection performance
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to resolve payment-related issues
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving abilities and strong analytical thinking
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
