Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable ledger and process customer invoices accurately
- Monitor payment statuses and implement effective collection strategies
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with clients
- Prepare aging reports and financial statements for management review
- Coordinate with sales team to resolve billing inquiries
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
- Contribute to month-end closing processes
- Identify process improvements for receivables efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax and accounting regulations
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
