Tanggung Jawab
- Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients and customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue payments and initiate collection efforts.
- Process customer payments via bank transfer, cash, or check, and record them in the accounting system.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare monthly AR reports for management review.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing inquiries and payment discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax regulations and billing cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a busy office environment.
