- Manage and optimize accounts receivable processes to ensure timely cash collection
- Monitor customer payment statuses and follow up on overdue accounts
- Prepare aging reports and analyze collection trends for strategic insights
- Reconcile customer accounts with general ledger entries monthly
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment disputes
- Process credit applications and maintain customer credit profiles
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements to enhance collection efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Excellent communication skills for customer relationship management
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
