Join our finance team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Wijaya Promosindo Oetomo, where you'll play a critical role in maintaining our company's financial health by ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding payments. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
- Generate and issue accurate invoices, statements, and payment reminders to clients
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies through proactive communication
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and customer payment histories
- Prepare aging reports and provide insights on collection effectiveness to management
- Coordinate with sales department to resolve billing issues and account disputes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
