Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full accounts receivable cycle including invoicing, payment processing, and collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies promptly
- Generate aging reports and implement collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer account data in ERP systems
- Prepare monthly AR analysis reports for financial review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
