We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our financial health by managing accounts receivable processes efficiently and ensuring timely collections.
As a specialist, you will be the face of our finance operations, working closely with clients and internal teams to resolve billing inquiries, process payments, and maintain accurate records. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness before posting to the general ledger.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts with clients.
- Prepare and send monthly statements to customers to ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies related to AR transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment status and terms to maintain positive relationships.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes by providing necessary AR reports and data.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the accounting system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
