Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process all incoming invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure collections are made efficiently.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations using QuickBooks to ensure data integrity.
- Generate and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and recommend action plans.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding payment status and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including financial reporting.
- Update and maintain customer master files and account records within the QuickBooks system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within the healthcare or outsourcing industry.
- Extensive and proven experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
