Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full accounts receivable cycle including invoicing, payment processing, and collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies promptly
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients regarding payment terms and overdue accounts
- Prepare aging reports and collection analysis for financial review
- Coordinate with sales and logistics departments to resolve payment-related issues
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance receivables efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role
- Fluency in Mandarin language (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
