Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payment posting, and collections
- Conduct monthly AR reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies with healthcare providers
- Generate and analyze aging reports to identify collection opportunities and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with billing teams to ensure accurate charge capture and documentation
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial audits
- Maintain compliance with healthcare billing regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding account statuses
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or healthcare billing
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment
- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management is preferred
- Willingness to adapt to evolving industry regulations and processes
