Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoice generation and distribution.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Reconcile discrepancies in accounts by researching transaction histories and collaborating with internal departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions within the accounting system.
- Prepare periodic AR aging reports for management to provide visibility into collection performance.
- Assist in the month-end closing process by ensuring all revenue and receivable data is accurate and compliant.
- Provide prompt and professional communication to clients regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle client and stakeholder interactions effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
